Step 1: Applicant Submission
The applicant clicks on a link and begins filling out a Digital Application. The prompts guide the applicant to upload a copy of all necessary documents for verification (i.e. Driver License, SIN, Health Card, Police Record, ...). The applicant can save a draft and continue at a different time. A notification is sent to the Company's HR Manager upon completion.
Step 2: HR Review
The HR Manager reviews all of the Application details and verifies the information against the uploaded document images. If satisfied with the level of completeness, a Road Test can be scheduled. If additional information is required, the Digital Application can be sent back to the applicant. If the necessary requirement are not met, the application can be rejected.
Step 3: Work History Check
Upon satisfactory HR Review, the system will send digital forms to the list of previous employers to gather feedback. A Road Test will be scheduled, and a digital form sent to the tester. Additional documents which form the Driver File will be gathered and uploaded (PSP Report, Driver Abstract, D&A Test, WSIB docs).
Step 4: Hiring Decision
Upon review of all submitted information and documents, along with feedback from Previous Employers and Road Test, the Hiring Manager can extend a job offer or decline the application. Hired applicants are added to the Active Driver List.

What is the min/max fleet size FleetSage will allow?
There is no limitation on fleet size within FleetSage. FleetSage cost scales with the size of your Fleet; meaning FleetSage is accessible to the smallest of fleets and can scale to handle the largest of fleets.
Is FleetSage a cloud-only service or can it also run on-premise?
FleetSage services are designed to run in the cloud, allowing for unlimited scale and easy deployment. Our Driver Evaluation solution is available on-premise to larger enterprises. Send us an

Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest and in-transit to our data centers. If you have specific security guidelines within your organization, our software is designed to be flexible to provide a security solution for you.
Who owns the data?
We believe in being honest and transparent. The data is yours and yours alone. We store submitted data and documents on our server, but it is always available for you to download. We can develop a retention period that works with your company's policy.
