CVOR Violation Rate % Calculator
We provide a free CVOR Violation Rate calculator to help you determine if you are at risk for audit. A high number of vehicle/driver points relative to the miles travelled will result in a high violation rate. Check your rate here.
CVOR Parser
Upload your 100+ page CVOR Level 2 document, and using OCR we will extract out all information. With Machine Learning, we will organize the data into an Excel spreadsheet, categorized by defect code, help you compile your own reports. We can enrich the data with an ATRI Crash Likelihood for each infraction. Our system can process a CVOR Level 2 document in 10-15 mins.
Driver Abstract Parser
Upload all of your Driver Abstracts into our system, and using OCR we will extract out all information. With Machine Learning, we will organize the data into an Excel spreadsheet, categorized by defect code. Our system can also compile a summary of Driver Abstract information. We can enrich the data with an ATRI Crash Likelihood for each infraction. Our system processes hundreds of Driver Abstracts in 10-15mins, working on each document in parallel.
SMS/CSA2010 Parser
Upload your digital SMS report, and we can enrich each infraction with an ATRI Crash Prediction Likelihood.
PSP Parser
Upload all you Digital PSP in one go into our system, and using OCR we will extract out all information. With Machine Learning, we will organize the data into an excel spreadsheet with each Driver Abstract as their own Sheet in Excel. Our system will also compile out a summary of Driver Abstract information.
Searchable Records
You can upload PSP, Driver Abstract, CVOR and SMS CSA2010 to the FleetSage system and we allow you to search across all of the data to quickly find or cross-reference information.
ML Cross-Referencing Record System
Government documents from the MTO or FSMCA are manually entered and can contain mistakes or missing information.
When you upload complimentary documents such as CVOR and Driver Abstract or PSP and CSA2010, which contain similar records, our system will produce an accuracy score. Our system can consolidate your information into a single record or quickly highlight where human invention is required.
ATRI Crash likely % Calculation
Insurance carriers are already utilizing the ATRI Crash Prediction Model to calculate risk. When uploading driver documents our system can calculate this percentage for infractions committed in Canada and the United States.
Driver Evaluation Report
When a driver commits a major violation, the insurance company will increase premiums and work closely with the carrier to monitor and reduce driver accidents. Our Driver Evaluation reports automate fleet oversight and identifying at-risk drivers. The evaluation reports are based on the CSA 7 Basics framework and indicate the ATRI Crash Prediction Likelihood. Monitoring driver performance and assigning necessary coaching proactively will help reduce your insurance premiums.
Annual Certificate of Violations Report
The CVIs is a mandatory document which must be generated every year by carriers operating in the United States; required during audit. When you upload your documents, our system automatically produces this report for you.
Crash Report and Warning Letters
Upload your company accident reports to our system and we can generate a Crash Report. Based on the Crash Report, we can then generate a warning letter so you have an auditable history of taking action which you can prove to insurance companies.
