Module - Drug & Alcohol, Medical Condition Policy
It's mandatory for each carrier to establish a drug & alcohol policy, as well as familiarize drivers with it during on-boarding. This modules includes all policies for implementing a drug & alcohol testing, complete with return-to-duty procedures covering all commercial vehicles.
Canadian drivers who cross into the US, and US drivers are subject to FMCSA regulations and are required to undergo drug tests.
